At Kapyderm USA Savannah, we are committed to providing high-quality, science backed skincare and haircare treatment products, as well as personalized coaching opportunities to help you as an individual or business achieve real, lasting results.   

The minimum age for purchase is 18 years old. Kapyderm USA Savannah guarantees its customers the possibility of cancelling their order at any time and without any cost, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.

Because our products are imported directly from Spain and crafted with precise care, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items after 30 days.

The customer will have a period of 30 days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the product or service purchased. The customer must notify by email to: Carole@kapydermsolutions.com within the stipulated period of their desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract. 

The customer may return any item purchased for a refund within 30 days.  Exchanges may be made after the 30 days and are at the discretion of Kapyderm USA Savannah. In the case of services, the customer may cancel the order within 15 days of purchase. In these cases, Kapyderm USA Savannah will return the purchase money in the same payment method.

In no case will shipping costs be refunded, as they are incurred by a company other than ours.

If a product other than the one requested by the customer is delivered by mistake by Kapyderm USA Savannah, it will be exchanged and replaced without any additional charge to the buyer.
